I have no problem giving this company 5 stars. I made an inquiry on 4 July. They notified me on6 July that the part was available and was ordered on the same day. Two weeks later, I had the part. No problems whatsoever.

The item took 4 weeks to arrive. They sent me the wrong item. I need to return the item to get a refund or exchange. No instructions on how to return the item. If I were to pursue an exchange, it would: 1) take 4 weeks for the item to be returned and processed, 2) another 4 weeks for the correct item to reach my door. That would bring the tally to 12 weeks. Shop somewhere else.

I tried to phone before placing an order for a spare part but no response to phone or chat messages. I received the item which was supposed to be the one I ordered but it was wrong. I had to revert to product review to be told "They Do Have Phone Number". After calling I was told I would have to communicate by email after they sent me the application form. Most unsatisfactory and after 30 minutes I'm still waiting for the application form.

Made a purchase on 5th with promise of next day delivery. Though we are in NSW, I have NOT received anything till 8th afternoon. I am told that item despatched and no tracking despite me paying for postage. Will Not recommend this supplier.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent me the totally, 100% incorrect part. It didn't match the advertised item in either price, brand or quality. Took three months and the involvement of The NSW Fair Trading Comission to get my money back. There is no phone number talk to anyone about issues and to get a response via email takes an extremely long time. They always either ignore your email or give some excuse as to why the matter is not being dealt. THE WORST.

Bloody terrible service. Website did not take credit card (needed bank transfer). Took over 2 weeks for parts to come in despite the parts being listed as "in stock" on website. Took 3 emails to get a price for shipping. I will not be dealing with them again.

I bought a washing machine part only to give me the run around from this Friday to middle of next week. Asked for a refund, only to silence the communication. I'm driving up there to face them in their office.

Purchased an item which was not what I ordered. They were very quick to allow me to return saying that they would refund and also refund my return postage. After my return which was tracked by Auspost and my item was safely back with them, my emails for refund processing fell on deaf ears. In addition to this, when I checked my credit card, I found that they had also withdrawn an additional non authorised amount form my credit card. Still no response and no refund. I'm now going to have to go down the line of a charge back through my credit card. SHAME ON YOU BIG WAREHOUSE SPARES!
