Always good 1 on 1 service, good attention to detail when servicing and very proactive. Sometimes busy but always worth the wait for the service snd advice

make sure you get a quote if you want work done on your bike. Was charged for work I did not want, need or ask to be done

Great service. Feel like they're always doing me a favour. My go to shop for parts or repairs. Any quick simple jobs are often free service/or a very very cheap price. Best in Darwin.

Mark was very quick and informative with his response. No hard sell.

Went to three different bike shops in Darwin to get a slightly buckled rear wheel repaired. Not one of them could do it. I was told to go see Mark at Bikes to Fit and within 2 minutes gave me a recommendation, and a quote to fix. Even stated that if he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge me for the labour. He re-nippled the wheel (from alloy to brass spoke nipples) and re-laced the wheel on the spot. I wasn't expecting same day service but got a call back within 2 hours to say the wheel was ready. $80 for parts and labour is pretty reasonable when a new wheel would have cost me $400 plus. Friendly, knowledgeable and even took time to explain exactly what was wrong, and how it was fixed. Now my go-to shop in Darwin.

Lovely staff who are very knowledgeable on every subject I have quizzed them on and I am quite knowledgeable myself so I know what to ask and what I expect to hear. Prices seem to be within the expected range but of course because different shops stock different gear and bikes there will always be some differential. If you find it expensive maybe your just looking at the wrong brand NOT the wrong shop. The manager really knows his stuff and is willing to talk about the best places to ride and at what time of year even suggesting routes etc. Lastly, I normally maintain my own bikes but occasionally an issue comes up I can't resolve. I wheel it in and assuming it's just a 10 minute job (something I've overlooked) he just throws it up on the rack and fixes it on the spot no fees charged. It's become my go-to bike shop.

Got a quote for my bike to be fixed up. Went ahead with the quote and they added a lot on which wasn't quoted for. Had to to pay a lot more than expected. If I knew that I wouldn't have got it done. Don't think I would be back or recommend them to anyone.
