I only bother to write reviews when I'm ultra happy with a business. I called at lunchtime for a rat problem and the job was done a few hours later and at a great price. Friendly, polite and professional, I was also given lots of helpful advise regarding another property I'm purchasing that has had termites. Will always these guys in the future!

My mum recommend Billy Lanes Pest Control to us because we were having a problem with birds which were bringing vermin into the house!!! The technician turned up on time and had the job done in no time at all. I'm a very happy customer and will highly recommend their services! We haven't had a problem since he left.

Billy Lanes Pest Control is very poor about their service. Their appointment at 10:30AM but arrived 90 minutes late, but keep saying we will reach in next 10 minutes over the phone. Secondly, lots of cockroaches are still in the home but they didn't attend even we informed them more than two times including photographs, so the six months warranty period they are offering is useless.

I've used this bloke a couple of times now for pest sprays and termite inspections. He is always punctual and fair dinkum plus priced fairly. I definitely recommend him.
