Even though there were delays waiting on parts, they were so professional and kept in touch every step of the way, polite & co-operative. Will not hesitate to recommend Bissell's for great work. It's a win-win for me. Yay!! I have just picked up my precious little Fiat and she’s come back clean and repaired. The very same day I had the accident, the girls at the Bissell's Paint & Panel office organised for my car to be towed to them. From there, it’s been so easy. I hired a car with Hertz, and these guys liaised with RACQ in extending my hire car. They also got me a taxi from Hertz back to Bissell’s. I would like to thank management as you are very approachable and genuine. You have a great team working for the customer and I have had a satisfying experience. From reception to repairs, I honestly can’t thank you guys enough. I’m pretty picky about my girl and you guys did a great job. Thank you also to the guys for washing my car. She was nice and clean, and waiting for me to pick her up. I have my little bug back. I highly recommend these guys. Merry Christmas!

Here’s a good thing to know for anyone getting repairs done - pick your own repairer and go for the best. I didn’t realize that you could choose your own repairer through your insurance. But I am so glad I decided to use Bissell's Paint & Panel because of their good reputation. They were really helpful. They did an amazing job and my car was finished on time. In the past, because I did what the insurer told me to do, I had my car repaired at another place in Noosa. It took ages and was very frustrating.

Before I listed it for sale, a few trolley dents and random scratches needed to be repaired on my Hyundai. The job was completed in a timely manner. Their after-hours pick-up service also came in handy, and the team were very helpful.

Thank you very much to your team at Bissell's. They are highly recommended. Last month, we had our brand-new vehicle repaired here. Being our first new car, our concern was that it would be repaired and brought back to new factory condition. From quoting, to drop off, up until the completed job, we couldn’t be happier. They provided excellent workmanship and excellent customer service throughout.
