Black Diamond Boxing, MMA & Fitness offers public classes and personal training with over 5 coaches on site to provide everything fitness and combat sports orientated. Our specialities are classes and personal training and we boast the Illawarras highest qualifications in Boxing and MMA disciplines. We also offer Bootcamp with attached kids classes for parents wishing to utilize this as well as other fitness classes including TRX, kettlebells and functional strength training. All of this backed with professional boxing, mma and military experience is why we have continued to serve and grow as a group since 2008 and pass our hard earned knowledge on to any who walk through our door.
