Same day service!!! Replace the fan in our cool room and a few other issue we had from the previous company which they said couldn’t be repaired but blue diamond repaired it, highly recommend, quick and efficient and almost half the price of what I was quoted elsewhere, a very honest and nice guy! Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Wayne has done an amazing job! Knew exactly what was wrong just by telling him over the phone. He was very polite, very helpful and great pricing! Fixed the issue asap and now works like a dream. Would 100% recommend. 10/10 service.

We booked this service based on the excellent reviews. We had a phone call with the technician and booked the service. The technician never arrived and when we phoned him, we were able to reschedule the service however unbelievably he never arrived for the second time and never answered our text or phone calls. I can only assume this gentleman's work is very good however his lack of attendance to a scheduled job (twice booked with him) and lack of communication was both startling and extremely dissapointing thus the one star unfortunately.

I would highly recommend Blue Diamond, I was after a quote and every tradesperson wanted to schedule a day and time to look but Blue Diamond quoted me over the phone with on the spot fix pricing and then completed the job the following week honestly could of have been more easy to deal with 😊
