Says in their ads they service Bendigo area and I’m part of city greater Bendigo and he said he does not service my area so I’m pretty annoyed to say the least as I’m without a car due to not having a Machanic in my area

Hi J. Can you tell me who you spoke to and what area you're in? We're finding the local search app does not always display the correct details as we have many locations. Google or direct to our website works best. We definitely service the Bendigo area. Regards

I asked to have my car diagnosed and error codes read and then told to me. Just want to know the issue. I was told they wouldn't diagnose without doing the work after diagnosis. Very unusual and disappointing. Bad customer service.
