This is my first time that I ordered some lingerie a month ago and it will be my last time. I received a phone call a week after purchasing my items and was told that they were not in the shipment they reveived. They contacted me 2 weeks later and again told me that my items were not in the shipment they just received. I then contacted them a third time and again they said that my order was not in the shipment that just came in. I am now waiting for a refund of my money as I'm not going to wait a 4th time to be told the same thing. Quite disappointed as their items do look nice.
