can recommend this business we had a altinator installed and unfortunately it failed 2 months later they contacted suppler and arranged a replacement and then installed if free of charge even though labour should not have been covered this shows that they care for their customers highly recomment

A refreshing experience!! Both myself and husband had nothing but bad experiences at the few places we had taken our car in the city area and paid dearly for it.. With Bob Parkes from the outset we received very professional service, polite, and generally very helpful and courteous and with a smile! They dropped me home a kilometre up the road after dropping car off and picked me up with a genuine smile, I realise it's only close but who gives that service these days! The tow bar looked amazing, does the job well and there were no dirty finger marks over the car door or car seat etc. A job well done with excellent old fashioned service from all the guys that handled it. Thankyou to all the crew. 5*****

It was an amazing and reliable service from the TEAM at BOB PARKES They were able to find the issue of my car within a few minutes and fixed that properly without wasting time. Most importantly they charged a very reasonable amount. Specially I should mention the prefect customer service of the Owner BOB and the TEAM. We won't go anywhere... Ravi
