I highly recommend Hayley's services! I did a 28 day challenge with Hayley online and in 28 days I lost 2 kg and 1 cm from my body. I am so pleased especially considering that I missed scheduled workouts! The workouts themselves were great and easy to follow. It also had videos that demonstrate the exercises. Thank you Hayley!

Hayley is very supportive and always available to answer any questions I had. I was able to work out when it suited me since I am an online client, and the workouts were short enough to do during my baby's nap time. The app was also very easy to use with easy to follow instructions.
