Hi, I'm Julie, the current owner, with 29 years' of experience. I specialise in remedial massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, reflexology massage, and pregnancy massage. I also include shiatsu and polarity in all my massages. Beauty therapies are also available. We offer HICAPS rebates. It has been my pleasure to service the people of Buderim and its surroundings for the past 19 years. If you have an injury or chronic/acute pain I can help you feel much better. Alternately, if you wish to relax and de-stress, take advantage of a soothing aromatherapy massage to nurture the soul and calm the nerves, and destress. Every treatment includes reflexology and head massage to finish and totally unwind. My results have been very consistent and effective for a wide variety of clients in all age groups from athletes, office workers, nurses, doctors, and everyone in between. I have acquired many skills and invaluable experience over the years, I will take your history, and design a treatment especially for your needs and pressure preferences. Julie nails the massage every time! I have issues in my back, hips and neck but after an hour with Julie I feel lighter, freer and more relaxed than ever! I highly recommend Julie for a massage!!

Julie is an intuitive and very skilful therapist. She has helped me to recover from sporting ailments and the every day stresses of life. She is able to align my back and neck muscles.
