Beware…. My recent job with bond clean experts was extremely disappointing. The carpet cleaning was not done despite them claiming it was, stains remained intact and unchanged. Carpets remained dirty. The company didn’t respond to me when I emailed them for help, I didn’t get a response from them so I had to employ another carpet cleaner to do the job properly. I needed to hand in keys and was desperate. The other carpet cleaning company came next day and removed the stains easily. Bond Clean experts won’t refund me the money. Very disappointing and poor quality.
