I was so glad to have Matthew from Bonza in my corner when selling our magnificent business. The business sale process can be stressful, emotional, scary and long. Matthew's expertise took the edge off all these things, he was there to reassure me every step of the way, and he had so much advice for any scenario or snag that came up. Thank you so much Matty!

The team at Bonza were FANTASTIC from start to finish!! Everyone we communicated with at Bonza was so friendly and helpful it made the intimidating task of selling a business seem achievable… and almost fun! We were lucky enough to be placed in the care of Matty, our legendary broker. Every chat with Matty had us laughing, feeling at easy, feeling heard and understood and like we had the best person in our corner. He calmed our nerves, was the voice of reason, and remained steady during the whole process. We were so impressed with the structure and communication from the head office. Every step and expectation was clearly outlined so we were never left wondering where things were at with leads or offers. The team has business sales down to a fine art. Highly recommend these guys!! Especially Matty!!

Initially, I was only 60% sure of selling my business, so I advertised (cheapest) 2 sites, $90 & $340. I wrote my own ad and received 0 responses over a 60 day period. After 2 months, I was 100% sure that I wanted to sell and found a company (Bonza) on the internet, that provides Specialists Brokers to sell your business. From the day that I contacted Bonza to discuss their services, to the day my business was sold, I could not fault their processes, procedures, team & commitment to both buyer & seller. My opinion as to what my business was worth, was realistic to me, but not to Banks / Market in 2022 covid, etc, so i did drop my price 4 times (urgent Sale) to increase enquiries following discussions, advise with my Broker, (and my gut) and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I had a signed contract within 4 months, the business settled within 2 weeks. This life-changing outcome is 90% due to my Broker Sean Lennon! Bonza was utterly disappointing. They lost interest as soon as they had taken thousand’s of dollars off us to list on the mostly free websites. They don’t qualify buyers at all and make no introduction to potential buyers at all. There generic listings mean your business has no chance to stand out and offer no real information about your business. Do yourself a favour and use any company or business broker but not Bonza because they are a complete rip-off organisation.

We have experienced many brokers over our journey of buying and selling. Bonza were by far the most professional, comprehensive, diligent and thorough brokers with outstanding professional service and effective electronic systems for both the buyer and seller. Thankyou Nicole and Nigel for assisting with selling our franchised Bakery. You dedication to our success was second to none. Whilst the electronic system was fabulous, Nicole and the team were always available via the phone whenever we needed an update. We believe, in this modern climate, that it really is about exposure online in the first instance - which they excelled at, but more importantly buyers want fast, instant access to information, not a coffee in a cafe, and bonza delivered this. Many potential buyers commented to us that our broker was by far the most professional and efficient they had dealt with.

Bonza - We would like to congratulate all the staff right from the very start of contacting Bonza to sell our Courier Business in Hervey Bay, they were very thorough with the details of every aspect of selling a business. Ee felt at ease while discussing the details, everyone that works for Bonza was very professional, courteous, friendly & helpful. All the staff went above & beyond what was told to us at the very first contact. They always kept us informed of what was happening & for the sale they were right there to the very end and we received the price that they recommended. We would recommend Bonza for all stages of selling a business & the bonus was not paying for crazy expensive commissions.

The team were approachable and always returned my calls if they were busy. That was a refreshing change from my last broker. We ended up selling our business in a shorter timeframe than I expected and for a great price. Very happy. The buyer was a bit of a challenge to work with, but Bonza handled it very well. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS They are so interested in getting your money that they do not care about the current procedures. I employed this business to help sell my business as I honestly had no idea where to start! My business was for sale for 4 months at the wrong price due to them not checking documents properly and providing a false evaluation. The business was up for sale at the price that they suggested. I needed to sell at a certain time and told them this and they completely blew the chances of that. When I found out as they picked up on this error 4 months later, I decided to end the contract. And now they are still sending me bills! The absolute cheek of that. Not to mention the owner that I spoke to being completely rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service only the odd email here and there. Do not waste your time!
