Jenny is a wonderful person and a wonderful driver she is the a great person she like to take to her customer I would get Jenny to take me anywhere very lovely and very nice

I strongly advise you not use this taxi service. I had a ride from Albury Airport to the city centre. The floor of the taxi was very dirty, and the seats were all widely stained with a strong unclean smell. On the way to the destination the driver loudly cleared his throat of phlegm and spat it out the window. The taxi driver then claimed that I could not pay by CabCharge because the CabCharge machine was not working because Albury had had three days of rain. Look, he got me to my destination, but it all felt very unscrupulous, unprofessional and unclean.

Today we had your company turn up late from a prebooked and reconfirmed time. We were going to a funeral so dressed nicely to have the most filthy disgusting taxi arrive. The outside looked as though it hadn’t been washed in months. The Interior was stained, dirt all over the floor, mould on the back centre seat. There were chips scattered along the entire back seat, to which we were told to brush aside. When I said I cannot sit in there my partner said he would and he had to clear a space for himself. . Then she got lost after picking up her phone whilst driving, took us down a dead end road, the went 4wd mode through a park. The vehicle and service was the worst ever. Do not use this company.

They are back at it again. I will never understand a new business that severely lacks customer service. After the debacle on Xmas eve where they failed to pick us up I thought we would give them another chance New Years eve 2020. When he answered instead of saying yes no worries he proceeded to say I remember you from last week you called & weren't there when i came to pick you up. But I said to him NO you came early & left after giving me a time & then didn't come to pick us up the 2nd time after telling me you'd be there in 25min. Well you know the scenario by now with this bloke his pride obviously controls his business sense & decisions so once again after telling me he would pick us up he was a NO SHOW AGAIN waiting another hour plus. I'm sure that many have had good cab rides with this person & so had I but be warned when this mongrel thinks that you have questioned him even though politely he will show his true colors. I Highly Do No Recommend This Business. Will be telling all

Have used these guys a couple of times recently & service was good. Was looking to give a local business the work. Called them again Xmas eve after the owner gave me his card & I said I am happy to give them the business when I need a cab. They said they would be 20min so I waited in a friends back yard & went out to wait for the cab with a few minutes to spare. After waiting another 20 minutes I decided to give another call only to find out that he'd been there earlier & said I wasn't waiting for him. Not only did he arrive early but when asked why he didn't just call me on my mobile he had no answer. He eventually said he would come & get me again but after another 40min we rang again & he said yeah he'd gone past & seen us standing there but was busy. He suggested I call Albury Taxis but I said I would wait for him after he said give me 25min. We waited another 35 to 40 min tried calling again but he did not answer & had obviously finished up for the night. Arrogance at its best.

This was easily the most rediculous service I have ever received from a taxi. Starting off, the cab arrived 20 minutes late with another random passenger already in the car. While the fare counter was going we dropped off this random guy at his destination completely out of the way of where I was going so when I finally arrived 20 mins late I had to pay the extra for this little unscheduled detour. Under normal circumstances I can understand lateness however I ordered the taxi over an hour before I needed to to arrive.

I am very grateful for the service provided on 20th March to get me down to Seymour to catch a connecting bus and on to an international flight. Thanks to my driver, Tracy! You did an amazing job getting me to my destination in time. You and your company went above and beyond to help me out.

Anyone needing a taxi from Chiltern to Albury Saturday 14th of March leaving about 3.15 pm, I throughly recommend Border Cab Co. Also anyone needing to depart Chiltern about 10pm same night to Albury give Border Cab Co the go! Moira
