Bowen taxis pathetic is a compliment for this sub standard alleged taxi service. Rang 3 times and was guaranteed taxi. The taxi company told us that we had cancelled. Gave up. What a piss weak alleged service. Malcolm Coe.

Booked a taxi 8 hours in advance through the call centre to pick myself and hubby up at 8pm from a restaurant after an anniversary dinner. Confirmed with the operator that taxi would be available as have found it unreliable in the past. Received an SMS 2 minutes before 8pm saying "unfortunately we are closed for the night and we are unable to service your booking". Had to call a friend to beg a pick up.

Booked my taxi over a week ago to get me to bus stop on time to catch the bus…. Rang and checked my booking numerous times as heard taxis aren’t good here… well I am still waiting for this taxi. Can’t discuss it with anyone because it is only a machine that tells me we are trying to find you a driver!!! You had over a week to find me a driver if you didn’t have one maybe you could communicate that with me!!! Thanks for nothing but stress

Phoned for a taxi 10.39am it’s now 12.15pm and am still waiting, it’s all automated so you can’t talk to anyone..Thanks heaps for stuffing up my holiday, we won’t be back to Bowen
