My name is Stephen Riches. I provide Bowen Therapy and or Counselling to individuals in a personal and confidential setting. Bowen Therapy is a holistic soft tissue remedial therapy that facilitates healing of the whole body. It is suitable for anyone from babies to the elderly and pregnant women. A Bowen treatment affects the body promoting healing, pain relief and recovery of energy. Whether to address a specific problem or maintain a healthy body; Bowen Therapy achieves successful outcomes in a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Bowen Therapy Treatment: 1 hour $90 Counselling At times an adverse situation or event in our life can be personally overwhelming. Our ability to cope and function normally can be an ongoing day to day struggle. Life can become a roller-coaster ride of feelings, thoughts and emotions. To seek help is a sign of wisdom and strength. As a counsellor I become the objective helper in the healing process. My counselling approach is to offer insight and understanding, empathy, support, and potential solutions specific to the individual needs of each client. I believe that happiness and well-being are obtained when there is emotional, physical and spiritual balance. Counselling: 1 hour $120 Qualifications: Qualified Practitioner of Bowen Therapy / Fascial Kinetics 2008 Practitioner Member / The Bowen Therapists Association of New South Wales, Inc. Bachelor of Science / Psychology Major 2005 Current Senior First Aid Certificate

I’ve been going to Steve for three years now, ever since he fixed a sinus problem that I’d suffered with for 15 years, despite operations and endless courses of antibiotics to deal with the infections that were occurring every time I got water in my head from surfing. It was chronic, after the first session my sinuses drained for 24 hours. I don’t get the infections anymore and I breath better. Without Steve’s help I’d still be living with that swimming head and illness. Just recently I’ve been suffering lower back pain from 30 years of building, one session and I’m free of pain, which is insane given how chronic it had been. Very great full to Steve for the life changing results he has given me.

I have been working as a carpenter/Concretor for the last 15 years and have played rugby league for 15 years and surfed my whole life and I have come out with bad injuries to my shoulders , knees and have bad sciatica down both my legs I have been to see Stephen multiple times over the past three years And ever since I saw Stephen the first time he has honestly fixed me I feel like my body is 17 years old again I have no sciatic nerve problems any more and the chronic pain in my shoulders and knees is gone The man is an absolute healer and has given me a new lease on life I’m not one to write reviews at all But I feel that he deserves to be recognised for the work that he does And I would highly advise anyone to get in contact with him and get yourself sorted Thanks so much Stephen Burnum Anderson 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I couldn’t walk with such a sore knee and hip, had been having massages then a friend suggested Steve and Bowen/lymphatic drainage. Arrived apprehensive/skeptic if I’m honest and even though the session until I got up off the table. Id never could believe my hips felt even and I could move my knee pain free! This was session one!! Happy day thanks Steve!!!

The Doctor said my Lymph Nodes are at a score of 10 where normal is 5. I used Bowen some 15 years ago for bulging dics L4 L5 - S1 so know and trust the therapy. I realised after research I needed Lyphatic drain. On 29.9.2021 I found Stephen Riches in Cabarita Beach and after my 1st session I knew this was the guy to help me bring back the spring in my step and a sense of wellbeing. Stevens knowledge and the way he manipulated my whole body to effectively put me in a position now after the 2nd session 5.10.2021 where I feel absolutely fantastic. I do not have that sense of tiredness and low grade depression with a sluggish sense of self. I went surfing and the release I have been given is profound. I look forward to a 3rd session next week. 5 Stars you Little Ripper!!!

After suffering from severe sinusitis for years that was causing sleeplessness, a lack of oxygen and reoccurring infection from water trapped when I surfed, I was referred to Steve for a crook neck I had along with bad head aches. After one session I came away with not only relief to my neck but also over the following days I felt my sinuses opening up for the first time in years. I’m now getting full nights of sleep, my brain feels sharper because it’s receiving some oxygen for a change and I’ve got more energy than I’ve had in years. Once Steve had freed things up I literally felt the toxic congestion draining over the following days. I can’t thank Steve enough for the relief he has given me, his knowledge and therapy is life changing for sufferers of chronic injury and pain. Chrisso Symes Murwillumbah

I highly recommend Steve as a very experienced and highly skilled Bowen Practitioner. Over the years Ive visited other Bowen Therapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and Acupuncturists in an attempt to fix my painful lower back problems and painful Achilles tear. By using his amazing skills, knowledge of the body and his unique Bowen techniques he has provided me with pain relief and mobility. Steve practices a holistic approach to wellbeing, incorporating personalised Bowen treatments, which not only work instantly but are long lasting, and sound health and lifestyle advice. I see Steve on a regular basis (usually monthly) to ensure my continued wellbeing.

Very highly recommended! I had visited other Bowen therapists, massage therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists and acupuncturists in an attempt to fix the pain in my ribs and back after a severe injury. Steve was recommended to me and within 3 treatments I was pain free! This guy is amazing. His knowledge of the body and how to fix various ailments is brilliant.
