BPI did a fantastic and thorough job. I spoke to Katie who handled everything from start to finish and made the process very easy and hassle free. The inspector, Rodd, talked me through the finding and made it very easy to understand. Would highly recommend!

tried to get through, got a phone recording left a MSG they claim they were extremely busy, called again late afternoon got same MSG wow must be very busy in Harvey bay. maybe that MSG was a coverup to say they weren't open?? move on to next company.

We had a pre purchase building and pest inspection done by BPI, they were fantastic, very thorough, easy to organise they took care of organising all the access arrangements and everything for us, their report was very clear and easy to understand and also saved ourselves some dollars by going through them as they do both the building and pest inspections - rather than going through two different companies.
