Bradlees Beachside Takeaway

My order... When I phoned and ordered last evening, I said I'd be about an hour before pickup. This was at 5.45 and an hour on is 6.45 before I could pickup. Your message here was sent at 6pm!!!! When we collected our order and started eating, it was almost cold. $45.80 wasted! And it was my birthday too! Very very disappointed with your lack of caring service there. I've worked in retail most of my life, and I know to go the extra mile and look after your customers, ensures repeat business and word of mouth advertising is the best or worst way of promoting or demoting your business. What a shame that you took no notice of my requirements. You spoiled my otherwise happy birthday. Yours sincerely, Gwen Clayton. 🥲

Horrible, the food was under cooked and the service was disgusting. Definitely would not recommend!!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here..Somehow they managed to not make my food cold and inedible..but on top of that it was overcooked..! Something needs to be done because this is unacceptable by all means..

Service wasn’t good at all . When you say it will be a 25 min wait, I was happily enough to order. But it took 50min to get a seafood box . When I asked Nicely after waiting 40min how long will it be , you where very rude back with a answer. I noticed there is a takeaway shop around the corner , I will be going there in future.
