Called after 8pm expecting to hit an answering machine but Brett picked up the phone. He was helpful to give me professional advice how to treat wood rot even though not a job would come out my enquiry. Thanks for having taken the time, Brett. Very much appreciated.

Arranged pest control at our 2 story home in Medowie. I was clearly quoted over the phone for 2 story home at a fixed cost, all windows and eves would be treated for spider web. None of the 6 upstairs windows were sprayed, although when my husband asked, the tradesman got his step ladder & sprayed in the direction of one upstairs window, which didn’t reach the window but sprayed all over the wall. The tradesman told my husband he wouldn’t be covered for workers compensation working on the roof, at which my husband paid him, got the receipt, which my husband did not sign as the work agreed was not done and was totally misrepresented by the tradesman! He also ran his service vehicle over our verge garden destroying a feature entrance scrub. I rang him tonight to complain, he just hung up the phone! This tradesman cannot be trusted to do as he represents.

Brett is such a lovely person and very knowledgeable about all things pest related! Very affordable and honestly such a miracle worker! We got our new house sprayed about 3-4 weeks ago and literally haven’t seen an alive bug once! Will for sure be sticking with him for future jobs and 100% recommend!

I can highly recommend Brett Edwards Pest Service. I phoned Brett with a termite problem he answered his phone straight away and was here at the time he said he would be. Brett was full of knowledge and explained every thing to me. His work was thorough and completed in a good time. Brett is pleasant and very professional Thank you Brett fantastic job.

I rang Brett because I found an old white ant nest in a bedroom wall & I was concerned there may be more. Brett returned my call within 10 minutes and came promptly to diagnose my problem. As luck would have it he was on his way from one job & going to another & I was in between both jobs. He was very professional, honest by letting me know it was an old nest but checked everything else thoroughly. He could have told me there was a big problem but he was honest & told me I can sleep with ease as it was an old nest & there wasn't any new nests. I would highly recommend Brett for his pest knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and friendly happy approach to his job.

Last week my neighbour and I both had pest control service spraying done by Brett. He arrived on time and proceeded to get both houses done in his prescribed time. Brett's quote was firm and as we had both houses done we saved money. The service certainly has been worth it as the only bugs, spiders etc. we have are dead ones. All together very happy to use and recommend this service in the future.
