Brett was easy to talk to and attended the blocked toilet straight away. He used his machine to clear the roots blocking the drain, Told me it would happen again within twelve month and charged me $327.00 for a bit over half an hours work. I questioned the account and was told it was non negotiable and if it was not paid today would dealt with that way. What ever that means. Would I use him again, definatly not.

I had Brett Wall plumbing out for 2 separate jobs, a blocked drain (job completed, no problems) and to move the hot water system (still incomplete after 8 months). An initial verbal quote was given to move the hot water system. The job was to be done in 2 steps, pipework first. The amount Brett then wanted to charge for the first step was almost the same as the amount of the verbal figure he had said for the whole job. When I queried this, Brett said he would just charge it on an hourly rate basis plus parts which I was happy with as that price was more in line with the original amount quoted. He did the first step no problems. However I guess he was not happy because after saying he would be back in a few weeks to move the hot water system, he never came back to complete the job. I have messaged him a number of times and he doesn't respond. It's now been 8 months. I need to follow up my earlier review. I had another plumber come out and move my hot water system, connect it up only to find water leaking everywhere. Brett connected the hot water line to the outlet pipe rather than the inlet. This has just cost me an additional $214 to fix. So I would really have to advise against using this company.
