Just had a wheel alignment done on my small fuso on 17th feb , travelling back home thought steering feels the same pulling to the left, so i rang the following tuesday to say i was not happy and needed it looked at again so booked it in 24th feb , arrived guy who did the first job came out told him and asked him to take it for a drive which he did came back drove straight into workshop reversed out 5 mins later and admitted it was slighty out so then said should be ok now , I asked him about next time i brought it in should be a freeby because its a 3 hour round trip and i had to come back, he said you will have to see the Boss , so i started to walk to office to have a word then he asked why i should expect a free one i said to him well the job was not done properly the first time and its cost me , Thats when he started yelling at me saying i was a whinger, and to get in my truck and go he got really angry, no matter what i would try to say he would have none of it, NOT Happy
