Will it be one-on-one therapy with the physiotherapist?

Yes, Brightwater Physiotherapy’s main aim is to make sure clients feel comfortable and get the most out of their session with the physiotherapist. To ensure this, all of the sessions are one-on-one with the physiotherapist. The physiotherapist uses a hands-on approach rather than machines to help manage your injury/problem area.

Do I need to pay upfront and claim through my health fund?

For the convenience of our patients, there is a HICAPS terminal in the practice which means you will not need to pay the upfront cost. As long as you bring your private health fund card with you to every appointment, you will only have to pay the gap. If you do not have your private health fund card, you can pay the full amount and claim back through your private health fund provider.
