Bromilow Community Care

The carers are amazing except for the accounting department, very incompetent. They should be trained to deal with clients politely especially when the client is going through grieving process.

I have stage 4 Ovarian Cancer and going into 3rd lot of Chemo in 2 yrs. I had commonwealth's support 4hrs a week for 2 yrs. I go into hospital 14th for op and 4hrs chemo back Tuesday night and had 4 hrs for Wednesday Thursday. Because I signed my package to another provider yesterday they cut the hrs without telling me. I said they don't start till 22nd and so you are going to leave me without anyone after coming out of hospital. Instead of 4hrs I will get 12hrs for the same package.

Thanks again to all the staff of Bromilow for all the support they have given to our mother over the past 10 months. Nothing has been a problem, they've been so helpful and supportive through our whole journey. Highly recommended.

Bromilow have been wonderful in assisting my wife who has cancer and can't do regular everyday stuff at the moment. Her beautiful family got together and are paying for a lovely lady to come in weekly to keep the house in order. It is a struggle, but services like this make our lives that bit easier. What you do for people is incredible. Thank you.
