Excellent experience, reliable, prompt, friendly and kind and will go above and beyond. I 100% recommend Todd and his team at Browns Autobahn! The experience well exceeded my expectations. My car's air con stopped working and I had already called 4 places who all said they couldn't fit me in for between 2 and 3 weeks. I'm 8 months pregnant and it's unbearable to have to drive in 37 degree heat in summer without air con. I came across Browns Autobahn, gave them a call and Todd told me they'd fit me in the very next morning! They re-gassed the car completely fixing the air con issue but also gave the car back in much better condition than when it arrived. The small touches like vacuuming the front seat floors and washing the outside before giving the car back didn't go unnoticed. It's these kinds of experiences that create a loyal customer base and I will definitely be back and recommending them to others :) Such a brilliant service overall 🙌

It all started with the very poor attitude of the receptionist and went downhill from there, she was nice until she learned that I wasn't going to get them to do the work they were (over) prescribing for a RWC, when I tried booking in the car for a second roadworthy inspection she kept telling me they were booked out on that day, no matter what day I chose, so I blew $105 of a RWC and had to take my car elsewhere, which by the way was a pleasurable experience and Browns Autobahn can learn a lot from them, I don't know how they are still in business.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service experience. The staff there is so helpful, friendly and they actually gave me options to solve my car's issues. Reasonably priced, I was impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of work and they were super quick! My car was ready just when they said it would. The boys even gave my car a detail clean for free, I was most impressed that they cleaned the exterior. Good work guys!

After "discovering" Brown's Autobahn we really wished we had found them years ago. When previously purchasing new cars we were always lead to believe that to maintain our warranty we had to have all our servicing from the dealership. This has always been a terribly expensive experience! Just on one occasion alone on its first 'routine' service we were not only charged $800 for the service but also another $2000 for new brake pads, dealerships are unbelievable! Then we met Todd at Browns Autobahn and learned that we didn't have to take our vehicle to the dealership to maintain our new car warranty and because Browns have the same diagnostic tools and equipment as the dealers and that they use genuine parts you don't compromise your warranty. With another vehicle we had purchased second-hand from the dealership, they couldn't fix a problem so we took it to Todd expecting it to be rather expensive due to our experience with dealerships and not only did Todd fix the problem, the bill was far less than we had expected!!
