Unfortunately I have had an extremely poor experience with MG and this dealership. I purchased a brand new MG HS Essence in February 2023. 6 weeks after purchase I contacted Phil and advised him of the issues I was experiencing with the vehicle. Phil told me there was nothing they could do and that it was 'teething issues'. 22 months later my vehicle has been in the workshop in excess of 8 times, and I am still being refused a refund or replacement vehicle. I have provided videos and photos of the faults raised, and continously told "we cannot fault this car". My car is currently in the workshop and has been for 6&1/2 weeks now. My vehicle has an extreme lag, will not move in reverse at times, can jump through gears (automatic), the reversing camera goes black, aircondition screen freezes, boot has closed itself which has closed on myself and my daughter multiple times, car key button does not work, audio system freezes. I would not recommend this dealership or purchasing.
