Bruce, you and your team have done it again! You never let me down. Not only with the smaller home plumbing repairs and the earlier installation of an AWTS System but more recently my fantastic Colorbond Roof/Pergola job. From Quote stage to finish you personally guided the whole project. Nothing was too much trouble. Your ideas for design, your meticulous attention to every detail, your organizational skills with materials and Tradesmen all arriving on site when needed to do their various parts of the entire job, was incredible. Recent heavy rain has tested the roof and no surprise... no leaks! Thank you so much to Plumbers Peter and Jordan, you have done a super job, Brian the Builder, Damien the Electrician and David for the divider fence. We are so incredibly happy with the rainwater tank installation and plumbing work from Bruce, Peter and the guys. It was quite a big job ... excavation to create the space, concrete pad, 4 rainwater tanks and all the plumbing from the house etc. The total price was very reasonable and fair. The guys who worked on the job are gems!!! Really lovely guys who kept everything tidy and finished off the job perfectly. The quality and everything about the way the guys worked was way above and beyond our experiences in the past with tank installations. I highly recommend Bruce Jobson for any work you need done.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Bruce Jobson Plumbing and Roofing to replace my old tile roof with colorbond, as well as replacement of all guttering and installation of 2 extra downpipes. I am very happy with the results. The roof looks fantastic and I am confident that the work has been done to the highest standard. Bruce advised me with regard to the colour options and result has greatly improved the style of the home. Bruce Jobson Plumbing staff are highly skilled experts in their fields and superior problem solvers. They are very mature, polite and excellent communicators. I have been exceedingly happy with all plumbing, drainage and roofing work completed by this company for me over the last 4 years. I highly recommend them.

The communication and organisation of work isn't. When you call to find out why no-one appeared for the job without notice on the scheduled day, no-one can tell you where the plumber is or even be able to confirm that you're booked in for the job. After you eventually get on to the tradesman (after chasing) and learn why the job was cancelled, there's no recognition that it might have been helpful to let the customer know (particularly when the stated reasons for cancelling were without foundation). After specifically agreeing that they would contact you about the rescheduled job and then not following up again even with a phone call, it sends a clear message that this business has little skill or interest in customer service. Let's hope they do great plumbing. Good luck trying to organise getting it.
