Had to wait 30 minutes for a drink after placing an order. Food came 30 minutes later. No apology from staff but excuses. Food was just above cafeteria level. Ordered gnocchi with parmesan but the parmesan was absent. Garlic bread was toast with sprinkled garlic powder. Atmosphere was lacking - no background music and bright lights. No attention to customer service. Will try alternative restaurant in future.

We could see the pizza oven and the kitchen from where we were seated! The meal was nice and we paired it with cocktails, beer and good wine.

The food here is great and the service is always with a smile. Truly worth the wait and the restaurant is very cosy and lovely.
