BSP Plumbing, Roofing & Excavation

BSP is a locally owned and operated business. Principal is Brett Seawright 19 years qualified as Plumber Roofer and Drainer. BSP has been continuously operating for 15 years. Work including but not limited to, MSC, TRC, Q Build and private companies. All work not in the scope of BSP is subcontracted out to local companies. Employee numbers ranging from 1 to 5 depending on work loads. Currently self and 1 apprentice. When additional workers are required, men are obtained from local subcontractors and associated family building business, Trevor Seawright Construction Brett has extensive experience in relation to all aspects of plumbing, roofing, excavation and construction projects, including (not limited to) administration (accounts, tenders, quotes, training etc.), staff recruitment and management, work health and safety and on-site construction work. Throughout his career Brett has worked at several remote locations throughout the North Queensland, especially for Q Build. In the last 10 years Brett has also built two houses for himself and his family. These houses where planned, designed, and run by Brett, organizing all subcontractors and materials. These projects where also taken on the same time of running a successful business. Both houses were completed in 9-1w2 months from the start of construction. Qualifications include Cert 4 in Plumbing. Plumbing, drainage, and gas licence, first Aid, excavator, bobcat, backhoe, loader, roller, forklift licence. These qualifications, along with Brett’s experience, positions Brett to: • Provide clear leadership, guidance and direction to project staff including suppliers and subcontractors • Provide hands on management and quality control • Be on-site and available to staff and subcontractors.
