Buderim Advanced Physio is locally owned. Our mission is to enable you to achieve your goals with movement, knowledge and awareness. This is so you can do more of what makes you feel better and less of what makes you feel worse. This often requires addressing the cause of your pain as opposed to merely treating your painful structures. Pain may be located anywhere in the body including the head and face, neck, trunk, spine, shoulder, arm and hand, pelvis leg or foot. Our goal is to help you change the way you use your body by initially creating an awareness of the things you are doing that are currently overloading structures and creating pain. We provide you with the tools necessary (knowledge, control, flexibility and strength) to move and exercise, work rest and play in ways that create optimal loading and efficient pain free movement. Our physiotherapists specialise in soft tissue release which is a highly effective form of manual therapy. Treatment may also involve joint mobilisation, exercises (core stability, strengthening, stretching), dry needling (acupuncture) and ultrasound. Buderim Advanced Physio is highly regarded on the Sunshine Coast and our trained staff are available for appointments. Appointments can be made online.
