Budget Guys

This is the first time Ive ever left a poor review but thisnis truely the worst service experience Ive ever had! I sent a photo of my couch to be steam cleaned and was sent a quote. I was required to pay in full before the clean which I did. The workmanship was appauling and half of my couch was untouched (I am in no way making this up there was literally almost half of the fabric untouched) it was as if the cleaner had lost conciousness half way through. I obviously asked for a refund because the work was not completed too which I was told no problem multiple times, I just had to wait because they were 'so busy'. A month has passed by and I call and email regularly only to be avoided. If I do get through by calling from a private number its always 'Ill call you back' which never happens. If a business is too charge upfront they must have a process in place for refunding. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Buyer beware !! We asked for some routine garden maintenance to be carried out - first of many issues is that askfor payment before the job is completed As for the result to say it was deplorable is being kind When I did send an email of my concerns I was threatened with legal action should I write an honest review of their business and practices Use their services at your own peril

Had a very bad experience with Budget Guys. Had sold my house and got them to clean after packers had finished. Big, big disappointment. New owner said the floor looked like it had not been mopped. Granite bench tops and kitchen cupboards were covered in a fine film of powder like te true, laundry had not been touched. Was told that apparently I had asked for a complementary clean for the new owners which was bullshit, and that there were different levels of clean. Would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies.

After a whole day of back and forth contact between admin the plumber and myself we finally got a plumber out to my house as I had a blocked toilet..oh and had to pay upfront also. So while investigating the problem My plunger was split and destroyed..my freshly plated vege garden was stomped all over and a pipe was disturbed and when someone had a shower that night water flooded the bedroom underneath it..all to be told I had an air bubble ..I’d like to know WHAT I actually paid for??? Oh and the rating is nothing I just had to pick one to put this up.
