I have been using this company for over 13 years. The products I have brough include security screens, blind and awning. The products are great and lasting well. Their biggest thing is their incredible after sales service and support even after some of the products were brought and installed many years ago. I highly recommend this business.

Scott & the team are great, professional, local, great prices & more importantly a company that has been in business for years & years. My home is getting some extra screens and some updates with the same company she used over 30 years & on the original screen door I love the Budget name #my forever home Thanks again guys

After moving house, we needed to start again with a lot of new things. After the essential electrical goods were purchased, new flooring installed, the blinds were next. The measure and quote process with Scott & Blake from BHI was very informative, efficient and good value. They appreciated the situation we were in with tablecloths for curtains on some windows, and did what they could to try and reduce the estimated install time as per the quote. We were so happy to receive a call from Kirsten advising us of an early install date. Scott and Blake and the team at BHI are very professional, friendly, and definitely our go to place for any other home improvements we may require. Well done!

4 security screens installed in mid December 2022 , at a cost of approx $400 per screen. Dune was the colour.they used silver pop rivets to fix the screens to the windows. I was not satisfied with that lack of attention to detail,I requested that they be changed to the Dune colour, they agreed to fix this issue. I visited there store, they promised me they where coming to fix the rivets.it’s been four months now and still nothing has been done and paid I in full on the day of installation.my advise is to check there work before you complete payment.

A big thank you to Matt and Blake for their professional and friendly manner and for the excellent work they did at our house today. From when I made my first call to Budget Home Improvement I was very impressed with their staff. The journey from selection to installation was hassle free. They came and did all the measuring first so that the items all fitted exactly. I thought this was a terrific service and a wonderful change from ordering things online that don’t actually fit, with often subsequent loss of money paid out. Budget Home Improvements are great! I used them 15 years ago to install security doors and windows. Then, last week, I asked them to quote on blinds for my master bedroom. Budget Home Improvements installed security screens in our Kingscliff unit (an excellent job). Some months later we noticed some rust so we asked them to have a look at it. Within 48 hours, a tradesman had examined the screens, reported the matter and the company had contacted us, saying that they would rectify the issue. 48 hours later, we had new screens. The tradesman was absolutely wonderful, did a great job and left an immaculate work area. The rust was a product issue and nothing to do with the company. In all our many years, we have never had better service. We congratulate the company for its courtesy and efficiency. I should also mention that the price for the initial job was most competitive.
