Budget Rent A Car Ballina

Roadside assistance is terrible! We did gave a call to their roadside assistance to give us a help as their was a problem on the keys of the car. We were stuck at Byron Bay. We gave a call to this roadside assist guy and ask us about our rental number. Come on. Our files are inside the car. Eventhough I gave the car's rego number, he doesnt want to proceed! Where is the client friendly approach? Come on. Be a human. Sometimes listen to people who already needs help. Whoever is that guy from Budget who answered the phone around 5 pm, please be decent enough to help people. We dont have our records with us as it is inside car. Luckily, there is this one guy who helped us and settle the problem. But then again, their roadside assistance service is useless, horrible, not proactive, not client friendly. I would suggest to others to find other car rental service.

We always use Budget rent a Car as they always have the car we require on the days that we require it. Never have had a problem and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Prices are competitive but the service is great.

We have always rented our cars through Budget as we find the staff to be reliable and the service great. Cars are clean and we have never had any problems.

We hired a truck from Budget so that we could transport some boxes to the warehouse. The truck was a perfect size and an affordable price. Staff were helpful, friendly and answered all the questions we had about the hire. Very happy and will be using again. Would recommend.
