Rang to get someone to give me a quote. They advised they didn’t know when they could come out but would find out and give me a ring back. It’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting for them to ring. Not a good experience of their customer service before you even buy!!!

Disgusting service. I rang in December 2019 for a service call. Still waiting 9 months later. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic!!! Custom jobs done at off the shelf price. Local business. These guys know there products well, able to match up the profiles of my old tin work and even colour match 1950’s era style awnings. Give them a go before ordering others products online you may be surprised

Got vertical blinds from this business a few years ago. Rang at start of this year to advise them the blinds wouldnt slide along the track. The rude lady whom I spoke to refused to come and have a look at them, even after telling her I had no way of taking them into her. I rang a few other blind stores and after telling them about the disgusting way this woman treated me they were only too happy to come have a look for me. Guess what, they now slide ever so gracefully after being fixed by another business. This business should be ashamed of themselves. I never recommend them to anyone who asks me where I got my blinds from

Disappointing. Still waiting after 4 months, 5 phone calls and 1 email for Trevor and Joan Milton to honour their guarantee to repair either a faulty handle or poor workmanship within the warranty period.
