POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE. The only thing left that this place has going for it are the views, which are much the same from other venues with better management. A cover charge is fine if you are not going to overfill the venue to the point that you can’t even find a spot to stand and drink your overpriced drink. This could have been resolved on the night or by the email I sent, but management have chosen not to give a simple response. Maybe they are inundated with similar complaints

This place gets full of pretentiousness during the weekend but has a much better vibe throughout the week. The food and service are improving, it was horrible after opening but a lot of the teething problems have been worked out.
