After purchasing a device I found it was not compatible with my office laptop configuration. Upon returning the device and explaining the situation I was told it had to be tested by their technician. Later on the phone the business manager stated the device was in full working order and I had to present my laptop for testing. I advised her that due to security measures this was not an option. In knowing all this the manager refused to give me a refund. I do not recommend this business.
