Visited Cairns Auto Spark & Mechanical multiple times. First time, they misplaced a solar panel on my car and were unsuccessful at wiring up a reverse camera, but wanted me to pay for it anyway. Obviously I didn't. Second time, they eventually did manage to wire up the reverse camera, but messed up the wiring, causing it to melt and burn the camera. Tried to rip me off by installing a cheaper type of reverse camera, which I discovered just in time. Recently, the battery they installed has caught on fire and almost killed us. Turns out they used a cheap battery box and secured it with tiny tek screws, which you're not supposed to. Now they're making up a story that's untrue in multiple ways, just to avoid any liability. Avoid at all costs. Might save your life.

Great service and great value. Contacted them on Thursday to fit several parts we were buying from the nearby Nissan garage as we travelled through Cairns. They fitted and tested all parts for us on the Monday when we collected them. Would 100% recommend to everyone especially people travelling through needing a trustworthy, friendly and good value auto electrician. Thanks guys
