At Cairns Total Physio, our physiotherapists will provide you with treatment options that can help alleviate your pain. As the only certified CrossFit physiotherapists in the area, we can help athletes with injuries, strains and ailments directly related to the sport. We offer a range of services for our clients including sports physiotherapy, remedial massage, Pilates, hydrotherapy and chronic pain relief. If you are unable to visit our clinic, our friendly physiotherapists are happy to come to you! We provide in-home treatments including aged care mobility assessments. At Cairns Total Physio, our team can also conduct pregnancy Pilates, as well as shoulder rehabilitation. These exercises and treatments may assist in maintaining flexibility and mobility. Our clinics are conveniently located throughout Cairns, including the Sports World Fitness Centre, Cairns Redlynch Central Shopping Centre and Hargreaves Street.
