Sharon Newby established “Call Sady Your Friendly Cleaning Lady” services in 2003 after realising that she had what it took to become a successful cleaning business lady. Sharon continually strived for excellence, enthusiasm, dedication and expertise. Sharon started as a very small business consisting of only herself. Over the months and years there was a popular demand for more services to be conducted. Sharon then started to expand the services that were being provided and also hire extra staff to deal with the big workload. Sharon always had a high expectation from her staff members and the quality of services they provided. Sharon expected nothing less than a “perfect home or office clean” for all of her clients since starting her business.
