Tried calling severaltimes, left voice messages and text messages and no answer no response what so ever. Unprofessional!!!

I travel 100ks to CalmDog because i know the care they give my therapy dog is second to none.I trust them to look after the most precious animal in my life.She is always well cared for by Mick & Veronica & i never worry about her well being when she's there.Thanks guys.B

When we rang Calm Dog prior to picking up our dog, I was told the dog was in good spirits and being cared for by the husband inside the house while awaiting our pickup. This was while Veronica was in town and travelling on her way back home. We arrived to find our dog scared and in mild pain which was dismissed and explained away by Veronica and we thought no more of it. By the time we got our dog home the dog was unable to walk and in extreme pain. I took our dog to an after hours vet who examined him and said he had experienced massive trauma to his body and insides and could clearly see he was in severe pain. It was so bad he was on Tramadol pain killers for a week. The vet was looking for evidence of our dog being hit by a car the damage was that bad. I can only surmise that something violent has happened to him while he was in their care and prior to us picking him up. The vet bill for after hours cost us over $300 . I will never use this place again and I feel I need to inform others of our experience to warn them of what could happen with their pet.
