Complete failure customer after service. I have used Caloundra Removals Sunshine Coast 4 times last 2.5 years. Past experience would generate 5 stars. I used them this time for packing fragile items and a significant reference library. An antique table very badly damaged;.crystal glasses broken, beige suede sofa delivered very dirty, a clearly visible five finger hand print and many black marks. This alone worrying but lack of response from the company, GM included, more so. I sent detailed photos and descriptions 3 weeks ago. At the 2 week mark, no response, I contacted them again. Friday last week 22/11/24 assured by GM that 'early the coming week' I would be contacted. It is now the end of that week and no contact. Company reputation rests on how things are handled when something goes wrong. Hence acute disappointment with a company that has a good reputation. Removalist teams are great to work with, professional, polite, very helpful. They are let down by the management.

These guys were brilliant. From the initial quote to the actual removal and unloading I couldn't have been happier. Was awesome to have Norbert and the boys, they took suck good care on both ends of the trip. Could not recommend highly enough and will definitely use them again.

Very professional service. Everyone was lovely to deal with right from the beginning, from the quote, to dealing with the office staff and the removalists. The move ran smoothly on the day, and the removalists were friendly and very careful. They were very patient when we couldn’t find our indoor cat who was hiding, and helped us locate her before they got started. It was a rainy day, nothing was damaged, everything was placed in each room as directed. They made a stressful day really easy! Thanks! I recommend these guys!

I recently moved from a 4 bedroom home in Brisbane to a retirement village in Townsville. For me the move was daunting and overwhelming but the removalist guys were wonderful. Happy, efficient, and caring at both ends. No damage to anything and beds put together again and all boxes in rooms where I wanted them. Well done everyone. A joy to work with at a very stressful time.

Moving your whole house from Mackay to the Sunshine Coast is very daunting! However in Mackay Nathan made sure we had everything on the truck and even helped pack up items we hadn’t yet got around to packing. Once they started they didn’t stop and packed up our house and shed so efficiently. When we arrived on the Sunshine Coast our trucks were unpacked and furniture put back together in record time, the lads were super helpful and courteous! From world class Tetris skills to professionalism and efficiency these lads are the heart and souls of the business. We absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again if required in the future!
