We were impressed with the excellent service provided right from the very first phone call. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, professional and helpful and we couldn’t believe how they stacked the container so efficiently for storage. When furniture was redelivered to new home the same applied as above. It helped make our move a lot easier. We would have no hesitation in recommending Caloundra Removals to any of our friends or people ready to move into their new home.

Very happy with the service that Caloundra storage and removals provided. They showed when they said they would… they were very professional and efficient looked after our possessions well in storage and were then very flexible with arranging delivery times and dates.

I probably should only give 4 because they left something behind initially. However, they seamlessly responded the next day and delivered it as well.. they were all extremely helpful and no fuss.

Complete failure customer after service. I have used Caloundra Removals Sunshine Coast 4 times last 2.5 years. Past experience would generate 5 stars. I used them this time for packing fragile items and a significant reference library. An antique table very badly damaged;.crystal glasses broken, beige suede sofa delivered very dirty, a clearly visible five finger hand print and many black marks. This alone worrying but lack of response from the company, GM included, more so. I sent detailed photos and descriptions 3 weeks ago. At the 2 week mark, no response, I contacted them again. Friday last week 22/11/24 assured by GM that 'early the coming week' I would be contacted. It is now the end of that week and no contact. Company reputation rests on how things are handled when something goes wrong. Hence acute disappointment with a company that has a good reputation. Removalist teams are great to work with, professional, polite, very helpful. They are let down by the management.

These guys were brilliant. From the initial quote to the actual removal and unloading I couldn't have been happier. Was awesome to have Norbert and the boys, they took suck good care on both ends of the trip. Could not recommend highly enough and will definitely use them again.
