Our first contact was to Wendy to book an appointment. Very efficient and lovely to talk to! Time for quote had to fit in with 2 couples. Owners and tenants, no worries! Richard did the measures, and the installations took place 2 1/2 weeks later. Gentleman who installed and removed old wooden venetians was very efficient and friendly. Installations was also done with no problems. Richard also installed our security screens several years ago! Hence why we had him in to quote once again in our investment property. Would recommend company to anyone! Great family business.

We used CSSA to provide solid fixed awnings for most of the windows in our home. They were great - professional, efficient and easy to talk to about options. I would definitely recommend them particularly as they are a locally owned family business.

Just to let you know that the final payment has been made on our awning and to let you know that we absolutely LOVE IT. The purpose of the awning was to prevent rain from blowing in a couple sliding windows situated on an East facing wall. There are no eaves on this wall so any sort of easterly wind blows the rain through the windows if they've been left open. Well, I've been home all day today, and you know what the weather has been like today! More than happy to say that even with today's wind at it's strongest and the rain at it's heaviest nothing came through the windows. Absolutely awesome. So a big thank you to all of you. We would not hesitate to recommend Caloundra Security Screens to anyone.

We are so pleased you are happy with the Aluminium Claredale Awning. They are a great option for protecting exposed windows from bad weather. This one was well and truly put to the test just after its installation with that major rain event.

I was having trouble to get a tradesman to mend my awning, so I decided to replace with a Louvre and awning. I have to say the service from Richard & especially Michelle was excellent - I am very happy with the products as well

Prices vary based on sizes. We don’t offer a “one size fits all” door as there are requirements in the Australian Standard regarding security doors. While we can give you an estimation based on your measurements, we do need to conduct a free site measure to provide an accurate price.
