My son got his car serviced at Ultra Tune in Yeppoon. The car aircon was in good working condition but suddenly stopped working after the car service. He took the car back to the mechanic and explained to them that the aircon is not getting cold. The manager wasn’t happy to hear it and asked his mechanic if they touched the aircon and they said No! They didn’t bother to look at it and they said the car needs to be booked in for service. My son came home upset and unhappy. He just paid much for the car service fee and he’s got no aircon at all. I looked up for an aircon mechanic online and found Paul from Cap Coast Mobile Mechanic. Paul responded and found out that the connections to the aircon was pulled out. Amazing! Paul felt sorry for my son and didn’t even charge for his time. Thank you Paul for your quick response, professionalism and integrity. We will always remember you.

Paul was a top bloke in my opinion. I am interstate in lockdown and needed brakes done on a vehicle in Yeppoon ASAP. 24 hours after I called him the brakes were done on the car and he charges me fifty bucks. Very pleasant bloke who helped me out immensely, couldn't recommend him enough.

What a rude and disrespectful way to talk to a customer! When my call was returned the person who spoke to me was rude and very abrupt. When I tried to explain what was wrong with my car, they got more abusive and aggressive. When I said it didn't matter what day he fixed my car, just not the one day a week I work he got more abusive. By this time I was quite upset and said mate I'm not looking for an arguement, I just want my car fixed he told me to f***ing find someone else and hung up??? I am still sitting here in shock at the extremely arrogant, rude, abusive, aggressive and disrespectful behaviour towards me. I would have given no stars but there wasn't an option for that.
