I had been using Cape Byron Glass on many occasions. But when I asked them to get back to me about a shower screen that was top quality (or so we were promised and paid for) which did not have the desired effect, I was disappointed that I never even received a returned phone call. No matter how many messages I left. This has been about 2 years ago, but I have never used them again. We had been happy with them before. But bad customer service when all is not well is a NO NO to me.

What a professional company these guys are!!....... We have just moved up from Sydney and were worried about moving in without security screens these guys turned around a houseful of Crimsafe security screens in just over a week and a half and even installed them on a Saturday so we could move in. A massive thank you guys, thoroughly recommend you to all,our new frameless glass pool fence will be next.
