Booked online to do a urea breath test, followed the guidelines by fasting more than 6 hours. The female staff was not trained. First of all, she did not check online booking system and did not know my booking. Then she said the test only do in the morning, she has no basic knowledge. A male staff told me it is ok to do the test in the afternoon as long as I abide the rules. They even spoke their own language ( not English) in front of me. The female staff finally agreed to do the test for me. She was obviously not confident to operate the test kit. Especially when she tried to collect my breath. I booked a GP after a week. The doctor rang the new Deakin Capital Pathology because she did not receive any reports. The staff told her it would take 2-3 weeks to make get the results. It is totally rubbish. It only needs two days. What a joke? I won’t go back that place ( 70 Kent Street Deakin) again and I will request my money back for the test.
