Gary did a good enough repair, but the $130 call out fee is a rip-off. I should have checked his costs before he came. There is no labour included in the fee, you pay $130 for him turning up!! So if he does 5 calls a day, he earns himself $650 a day as he drives around ! As far as the advertised pensioner discount is concerned, he said if you pay by credit card, there is no discount, so his “ discount “ is about 2.5 percent.
