I have only ever dealt with Captain Nemos for my pool needs, and they have always been great. Had a massive issue with my pool after all that rain and I want to thank Luke so very very much for helping me get it back to looking beautiful. It has taken a long time and a bit of money, but with perseverance it has paid off. Thank again Luke.

Don’t honour their price guarantee - gave us the run around and made us get written quotes from other suppliers, then flat out refused to even take any money off. Owner hung up on me when I questioned the policy - even with photos of it all over the store. Their service has always been ordinary, but this instance convinced us. Went down the road to another dealer and they gave us incredible service and honoured their price guarantee. Don’t bother with Captain Nemos - they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Motty, you threatened you would place a bad review or report us if we didn’t price match your chlorinator.We explained our prices increased due to Covid.We encouraged you to buy the cheaper chlorinator online as we couldn’t match the price, we do honour our Price Match Policy on our website, our Best Price Policy is find a competitor's lower price (inc GST & delivery) on the same in-stock item that's available for same-day delivery or collection, we'll match it.So you were advised to purchase the cheaper one, but you would have to wait for delivery.We offered a discount on the exact same item but you refused, so again we suggested you get the online product, it was old stock at the old price we have new stock with new price.As a bricks & mortar store we pride ourselves in providing after service care which you will struggle to receive on the internet.To say our service has always been ordinary is hateful you are not a regular or a past one off customer but you are welcome back anytime

You told me my cell was faulty (after coming out to check it), the company didn't exist so no parts (cells) were available for this brand or model, I had to buy a new system for $1000. This was an outright lie. I googled it for myself and found the exact model and make cell easily available for $500, then I found the company you said had closed down. They are local on the Coast, and very much still operating. They looked at it for me and it was a cable which they replaced for free, there was in fact nothing wrong with my cell at all. You installed this system barely 4 years ago because my last one was "faulty". Shame on you for trying to rip me off.

Our pool pump broke and the pool was a mess. We bought a pool pump. Very affordable, very friendly service! They came out and installed and fixed the mess same day :)
