Anyone who lives on their own: are prone to falling and can’t get up! Generally need assistance to get up. Older and live on their own, Older and have pets and chronic health conditions, Those who have fallen once or more. An disability or special need who need post or pre-hospital transition care after surgery. Students living away from home. Security Check when going home. Carer on holiday.

What happens if a client doesn’t answer the phone?

We will attempt to call them back two more times, a 5 minutes delay between calls. If there is no response on the third attempt, CareCallingNow will call the major alternate number, usually a neighbor or someone who lives nearby who can call by to make sure you are OK. Should you have a second alternate number, away someone who lives nearby. CCN calls them as well.
