Sarah is a true asset to this hotel. We had a memorial there today and after arriving to find we had booked a wrong area. It was no issue for her to shift us to give us some privacy. She was friendly and understanding and the food was abundant and very tasty. Thankyou for making our day so special.

What is not to like about this place?? They have great meals, bars and accommodation. Simply great people doing a job well done.

This a large complex and has a nice pub. Very relaxed motel. Old style rooms but still clean and tidy. Have undergone a face-lift and this was a nice place to spend a night. A 1 minute stroll to the pub sees you having a few cold ales and a really nice meal without the need to drive or catch a taxi. The front rooms can be a bit noisy from passing traffic especially from around 5 in the morning. My tip is if you are don't leave early ask for a room away from the front so you can have a sleep in.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was great. There was a nice gentleman who helped us check in. The room (suite) was worth the cost and the pool was cool on a very hot day. The pub next door had to our happy surprise our favourite beer we like to drink. We had both lunch and dinner in the Bistro and not being big eaters, we found food that we could share, not stingy, just don't like wasting good food. The only small disappointment was that breakfast wasn't available on the Sunday morning.

I came here for one night after Christmas and found the room very clean, everything worked well and the lady at reception was lovely. The pub has great amenities and terrific meals. All in a fantastic place to stay and very friendly staff to make you feel welcome.
