Do you stock school supplies?

We have texta's, crayons, folders, rulers, hi-lighters, pens and other miscellaneous items. We can also print sticky labels for books.

Can you deliver outside of your free business delivery area ( Proserpine- Shute Harbour)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can send via Australia Post for smaller items, or courier for larger items such as printers.

Can you ship to the Whitsunday islands?

We can send orders via the ferry at an additional cost. We will notify you when the ferry is due to arrive and you will then need to collect your order from the ferry terminal.

Yes, we can photocopy documents.

Can you print single or multiple paged documents?

We can print from A5- A3 sized documents. Please send us an email with the attached document, your contact details and specifications (eg black & white, double sided A4) and we will quote.

Do you sell both original and compatible printer cartridges?

Yes, we can also special order in most cartridge types.

Do you refill ink cartridges?

If an ink cartridge type can be refilled, then we try to refill it.

Do you sell Eftpos and Till Rolls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, We have a variety of sizes and Ply's to suit most machines in store. Can also source what we do not have in store.

My newly replaced refilled ink cartridge will not work. Is it faulty?

Accepted Answer

Refilled ink cartridges need to be reset to register as full. Hold down the reset button (red triangle inside circle button) for around 10 seconds- or until you can hear your print head moving- and it will then print you a test page and you will be ready to go.

My printer is asking me to do a Firmware Update, Should I do this?

Not if you want to have the choice of using compatible or refilled ink and toner cartridges.

Do you have a store in Proserpine?

No, Our ONLY store is in Cannonvale and we service the Whitsunday region- including Proserpine- Shute Harbour and the Islands.

No, Cartridge Universe Whitsunday is independently owned and operated, but we are part of a group of other independently owned and operated local printer and printing supply businesses. We have combined expert knowledge and buying power to offer great prices, quality products and genuine local service to our customers.

If any interruptions to our landline service, we have an alternate mobile number 0474 889 863 operational during business hours too.

Cartridge Universe stock sold prior to this change may have had our old phone number on the label, so if you are running out now and looking to re-order with us please be sure to call our new number.
