Central Coast Piano Studio

The Central Coast Piano Studio is operated by pianist Carl Schmidt. Students have access to a full music library and are taught on a world class instrument that is the only one of its kind on the Central Coast. The Yamaha C7 Semi-Concert Grand Disklavier is maintained in top condition and would be at home in any concert hall. It is able to record and reproduce students playing using midi technology. Students are also able to convert these recordings to audio format using either the only officially authorized Steinway & Sons virtual piano ever released or a wide selection of other modern and historic instruments. The studio also boasts and extensive collection of historic piano roll recordings which can be performed live by the Disklavier piano.
